Gratitude Journal

A great way to feel good every day is to take ten minutes at the start of the day and write down everything that you are grateful for in your life. Keep a ‘Gratitude Journal’. Try to find 100 things if you can.  You’ll be amazed at how much more positive you feel about life, when you acknowledge all the good things instead of focusing on negatives.
